The OontZ Angle 3 ULTRA is an upgrade to the OontZ Angle 3 and is a Bluetooth speaker that won’t break the bank. This new version of the OontZ works with your phone’s Google Assistant or Siri voice assistant and has a water resistance rating of IPX7.
It also comes with an app that lets you adjust the bass and treble, and the battery lasts for more than 20 hours. But it has a hard time reproducing low bass, so your music doesn’t have any thump or rumble. Also, it doesn’t get very loud, but there aren’t many compression artefacts when the volume is at its highest.
[content-egg-block template=offers_logo hide=price]Angle 3 Ultra, like all Oontz Angle speakers, has a triangular shape that is easy to spot (it looks like a triangular prism, to be precise). The speaker is small and not too bulky. It’s made of plastic, and the drivers are protected by an aluminium grille that can’t be taken off. All of the edges are made of rubber. Angle 3 Ultra comes in both white and black.

Where to get OontZ Angle 3?
Two full-range drivers are in the front, and an aluminium grille keeps them safe. Since all of the drivers are on the front, the speaker can’t play sound in all directions, but it’s nice that you can put it in a vertical or horizontal position. People prefer the horizontal position because it gives a little bit better stereo separation.
Most Bluetooth speakers have control buttons on top, but Cambridge Soundworks put theirs on the right side and made the whole panel out of rubber. The control panel has 7 buttons: a Bluetooth/call button, a play/pause button, two buttons for managing tracks, two volume buttons, and an on/off button. Also, there are three LED lights.
The Bluetooth indicator is above the Bluetooth button, the wireless dual stereo indicator is above the play/pause button (we’ll explain what this indicator means in the Performance section), and the charging indicator is above the power button. The speaker also has a microphone built in, which is right next to the Bluetooth light. On the right side, right next to the control panel, are all the inputs.
On the right side, right next to the control panel, are all the inputs. The speaker has a 3.5mm AUX port and a micro USB port for charging. Both of them have a rubber flap protecting them. Remember that the speaker is not waterproof when it is in AUX mode or when the rubber flap is not in place.
On the bottom panel, there are two rubber feet that are meant to stop any vibrations that might be bothersome. There is a plastic mesh in the middle that lets air move.
