With the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Samsung just raised the bar for how good a screen can be. As before, you get a speed rate of 120Hz, which made scrolling smooth when we used it. And gamers should like the fact that the touch sampling rate is 240Hz.But there are two big improvements to the show here. The first is that the screen can get as bright as 1,750 nits, which might be the brightest we’ve ever seen. (The standard brightness level is 1,250 nits, which is still quite high.)
The screen also has a new feature called “Vision Booster,” which can change the brightness of the screen at any time of day. This means you shouldn’t have any trouble using the S22 Ultra outside, even when the sun is very bright. The frame is made of solid Armor Aluminum, which doesn’t move at all. The metal is between two plates of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. The outside has been polished to look almost like chrome. Both the high-gloss front glass and the warm satin back glass do a good job of keeping dirt away. The water we ran over the phone didn’t hurt its IP68-rated body either.

Where to get Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphone?
Did we say that this phone is big? Its dimensions are 163.3 x 77.9 x 8.9 mm, which is taller than a 6.7-inch Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max but, strangely, lighter at 229g than Apple’s biggest phone. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is hard to use with small hands. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is easy to hold because it has rounded edges, but it also feels as slippery as a fish because it has no edges, even though it is made of hard glass and metal.
Another great thing is the 6.8-inch AMOLED screen. It can handle resolutions up to 3088 x 1440 pixels (WQHD+), which is 500 pixels per inch. On the other hand, the 6.7-inch 2778 x 1284 screen of the iPhone 13 Pro Max has 458ppi. The S22 Ultra’s default resolution is 2316 x 1080 (FHD+), which Samsung says uses a little less battery life. However, we switched to WQHD+ halfway through our testing and didn’t notice much, if any, drop in battery performance.
