Services can do things like scan your drive for viruses, let you access a network share, manage your printer, the date and time, and even your power settings. Some services only start when you connect a device, like a smartphone or Bluetooth headphones, or try to pair them. If you want Start Stop and Restart Services in Windows 11/10
These services should start, stop, and start up again automatically, without the user having to do anything. But sometimes things go wrong, like when a service doesn’t start or when a service that isn’t needed uses up resources or causes problems. On Windows 10, services are programs that run in the background without a user interface. They let system features and apps work as they should, like printing, networking, remote access, File Explorer, Windows Search, updates, etc.
Even though the system does a pretty good job of managing background services, you may need to control them manually when a feature or app isn’t working right or needs you to manage its services manually. No matter what, Windows 10 has at least four ways to use the Services console to stop, start, disable, or enable services.

Open Run command box by pressing Windows logo + R keys. In the Run command field, type shell: startup and then press Enter key to open Startup folder. Copy and paste the app shortcut from the desktop to this Startup folder and the app is added to startup.
