Start Outlook.
At the Home tab, click New Email button in the new group.
Once the New Email window opens, click Attach File button in the Include group.
From the drop-down list, hover over Attach File, then hover over Business Card.
Then select a contact name from the list.
If you can’t find the contact you want, select Other business cards.
An Insert Business Card dialog will open; select the name of the contact you are looking for from the list
Then click OK.
The business card will appear in the message.

In the People interface, click on the name you are looking for in your contact list.
Then click Forward Contact button in the Shared group and select As a business card.
