The JBL Boombox 2 is a speaker of a moderate size that is versatile enough to be used for a variety of purposes. Its midrange and treble regions are pretty well balanced, which enables it to render lead instruments and vocalists with a high level of clarity. However, it does not have enough low bass, so you could not experience the deep thump and rumble that are characteristic of bass-heavy genres such as electronic dance music (EDM).
The fact that it has a carrying handle makes it relatively portable despite the fact that it is rather cumbersome. Additionally, its battery life is close to twenty-four hours, and it has an IPX7 classification for water resistance; however, this is not something that we test for at this time. There are some compression artefacts visible at the maximum volume, despite the fact that it may become fairly loud. Unfortuitously, it does not have the capacity to function as a voice assistant.
[content-egg-block template=offers_logo hide=price]With this more recent generation of the Boombox, JBL does not completely reimagine the product; rather, the company was able to improve the connectivity of its multiple speakers and ensure that it is resistant to water. This kind of speaker was developed for everything that has to do with being outside, and it is the ideal companion for use at parties that take place outside.

Where to get JBL Boombox 2?
JBL also did away with the prior model’s ability to choose between an Indoor mode and an Outdoor mode. According to the firm, its tuning and audio engineering make it sound amazing in both locations, which eliminates the need to switch between the two settings. Regrettably, there is not an equaliser nor any other method for adjusting the audio output in order to change the way the speaker sounds.
What you see and what you hear are the same thing. JBL has ensured that the Boombox 2 has an IPX7 classification, which means that it can withstand being exposed to light rain and splashing water. It is possible to submerge it in water that is clear for up to half an hour, and it is even able to float; but, because it leans forwards, the music will be muffled when it is submerged. Because Bluetooth signals do not transmit properly when they are immersed, it is preferable to limit their exposure to water and keep it close to solid ground.
