How to Change Google Photos to Another Account
Add Partner Account for transfer Google photos
- On your phone, open the Google Photos app.
- At the top left corner, click on the three bars icon and select ‘Settings’.
- Now, tap on ‘Shared Libraries’ and click on ‘Get Started’.
- Enter the email address of your second account and select ‘All Photos’.
- Now, click on ‘Send Invitation’.
- Then, use your second account to accept invitation.
- Now, click on the ‘Sharing’ tab at the bottom left corner.
- Select the library of the first account and tap the overflow button (three dots).
- Now, select ‘Settings’ and tap on ‘Save to your library’ and choose ‘All Photos’.
- On your phone, open the Google Photos app.
- At the bottom, select the ‘Albums’ tab.
- Now, open the album you want to transfer and tap on the ‘Share’ button at the top.
- Enter the email address with which you want to share the album and tap on ‘Send’.
- Open Google Photos on the second account and go to ‘Sharing’ section.
- Select the photos and tap on the ‘Add to library’ icon at the top.
Download and Re-Upload
- Go to Google Photos official website and log in to your first account.
- Select all pictures you want to transfer. (You can firstly select the first picture in your Google Photos, and scroll the mouse to the end, then press “Shift” and select your last picture.)
- Click the “Download” button.
- Log in to your second account through Google Photos’ official website.
- Click the “Upload” button to upload these photos downloaded from your first account to your second accoun
Why Transfer Google Photos to Another Account?
