The WorkForce Pro WF-3820 Wireless from Epson is a All-in-One Printer is the smallest model in the WorkForce Pro line. It is an entry-level business multifunction printer (it can print, copy, scan, and fax) made for small offices and home offices.
For the price, it has a lot of good features. It prints well and is pretty fast. This one, like most lower-end inkjet all-in-ones, is a bit pricey to use, though, because it doesn’t work with Epson’s EcoTank bulk ink. That’s the main reason why it doesn’t quite make our Editors’ Choice list. Other than that, it’s a nice little all-in-one printer that works well for printing between 100 and 200 pages per month.

Where to get Epson Workforce Pro WF-3820 printer?
The WF-3820 is one of five WorkForce Pro models that Epson released in late 2020. It is meant to replace the WF-3720. The other four, the WF-4820 and WF-4830 for standard format and the WF-7820 and WF-7840 for wide format, increase in price, volume, capacity, and features. The more expensive WorkForce Pro AIOs take up more space on your desk and use more power than the WF-3820, which is much smaller and uses less power.
The Epson WF-3820 looks good and works well. It is made of plastic that feels strong and durable, and both the scan lid and the paper trays are solid. The scan lid stays fully open on its own, but its hinges can’t be raised enough to fit a textbook under the closed lid. Without stopping the print job, you can lift the output tray to see how much paper is still in the input tray.
You can get to paper jams by taking off a cover on the back, and it’s easy to get to the ink cartridges by lifting the flatbed scanner. Also, in the right back corner is a maintenance box that can be taken off and used to store ink that was flushed out when the print head was cleaned. When the maintenance box is full, it needs to be changed.
The LCD screen on the Epson WF-3820 is good. Even though you can see it well whether you’re sitting or standing, the display panel can be tilted vertically to help you see it better. It has a clear background and buttons that can be touched all the way around the screen. The touch screen is easy to use, and if you’re not sure how to do something, you can press the Help button to see a picture of how to do it.
