If you can deal with the TOZO NC9’s flaws, like a touchpad that doesn’t always work and a hissing sound, the noise-cancelling and battery life are better than the price. Keep in mind that the earbuds are big, there is no standard listening mode, and the mic isn’t very good. Still, where else can you see this ANC show for so little money?
The TOZO NC9 are truly wireless in-ears with a similar look to the TOZO T12 Truly Wireless. They’re mostly made of matte plastic with a glossy plastic outer ring. They have a rounded, slightly bulky shape, too.

Where to get TOZO NC9 earbuds?
[content-egg-block template=offers_logo hide=price]The TOZO NC9 are comfortable enough. They are a bit big and sit a bit deep in your ears. But when you press their controls, they don’t go deeper into your ears, which is nice. Also, they come with many different sizes of earbud tips so you can find the best fit. Check out the Cowin Apex Elite Truly Wireless if you want more comfortable in-ear headphones.
The buttons are easy to use. You can tap the left bud once to switch between ANC mode or Transparency Mode, which lets in ambient noise so you can hear people talking to you. Tap the left bud twice to go back to the last song, and hold it down to turn down the volume. You can tap the right bud once to play/pause your audio, twice to skip to the next track, and hold it to turn the volume up.
If you get a phone call, you can tap either bud to answer and hold either bud to end or decline the call. If you tap either bud three times, the voice assistant will start working. Overall, the controls are easy to use, and there is a lot of feedback you can hear, such as voice prompts and beeps when you reach maximum and minimum volume.
The TOZO NC9 can breathe very well. They don’t make you sweat more than usual because they fit in your ear.
With ANC on, the TOZO NC9 battery lasts 6 hours and 38 minutes per charge while playing music nonstop at 75dB(SPL). This is part of our standard testing. This is a pretty good number for ANC earbuds, especially when you consider that top models like the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro don’t even last 5 hours. Still, TOZO says that ANC will last 10 hours per charge, which is a bit of a lie.
