How to Duplicate Slides in PowerPoint – Guide
You can easily duplicate your PowerPoint slides in the same presentation or different PPT presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. In PowerPoint 2010, you can simply right-click the slide pane and click Duplicate. This will duplicate your current slide creating a new slide with the same content. The other way to duplicate a slide is to copy and paste it. Select the slide in the Slide panel and press CTRL-C to copy the slide. Then you can immediately press CTRL-V to paste the slide.

If you want to duplicate a slide but in a different order, follow the same steps and move or sort your PowerPoint slides to change the order. If you use the copy and paste method, just copy the slide and select the previous slide where you want to paste the new content. When you paste a slide, the new slide is pasted right after the currently selected slide.
